Project Manager

Due to current and future workload commitments this post is available for immediate start.

Main Areas of Responsibility

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of contracts of varying sizes from £50k to £6m

Based in our Lancing office, you will be joining our existing team of 5 people.

The post involves:

• working closely with our in-house drawing office team
• preparation of and the placing of orders for specific buy outs such as decking and open grid flooring
• comprehensive planning to ensure the work is delivered to budget and specification

Ideally suited to someone already working in, or familiar with, this sector of the industry. We are however also able to consider applications from:

• applicants with experience of other sectors of construction
• applicants with appropriate knowledge of construction
• recent graduates

Salary Level

Dependant on experience and subject to negotiation.
